Switzerland - North-South Bike Tour 7 Days/ 6 Nights The North South Route connects two of the most beautiful cities of Switzerland. It starts at the trip point in Basel and crosses the Jura Mountains to Lucerne. On it goes through central Switzerland and up towards the Gotthard pass. Then you roll past the castles of Bellinzona and continue up to Monte Ceneri with a marvellous view of Lago Maggiore.  The last kilometres take you on quiet roads to the sparkling waters of Lago di Lugano.
