Manny…the trip was a 10 out of 10 for Karen and I…we were lucky with the weather (3 hours drizzle total) despite the rainy forecast…a few days of headwinds but all doable…hotels were all impressive, a few off the beaten track but that was our fault for the late registration…bikes were adequate and the bike rental agency was a looong way from the hotel in Passau…Vienna was beautiful and a great way to complete our trip, despite eating way too many tortes…I would just like to finish with a huge “thank you” to you for your professional service…you went above and beyond to make sure our trip was complete and dealt with our short timeline with patience and humour…we will readily refer you and your company to our friends…again, thank you for all the work you did to make our trip a great memory for us…
